Email Client module and SMSclient module provides the to Configura the Multiples Servers and use at the same time,
It Provides the Message Queue for the sms and emails, also change the wizard for the 2 Actions in Partners module

Also Enhanced the ServerAction to configure the multiple servers for sending sms and emails which is the basic functionalists for the sms and smtp client modules
Need to Implement
* I think we should implement the to delete the history for the sent emails,
need to put chaque box in email server configuration like 'Delete Sent Email after 30 Days'
so it will not increase the size of the email history table
