CSV Import - use named selected columns

IMHO csv import should - optionally - use the columns with matching names - if the first row contains column names
"Autodetect" should find these correctly named columns - regardless of their position
currently the first n-column are used regardless if they match the selected column names.
so it is not possible to import selected columns form a csv file - this means
* import source into a spread sheet
* delete unwanted columns
* save/export as csv
* import with OpenERP Client
