Create support for using functions inside of "attrs" and "domain" tags in view XML.

Just as we can pass function to "on_change" event a feature like this would greatly improve filtering data and manipulating fields inside a form/tree:

attrs="{'readonly':[('field','=',get_values())]}"

domain="[('record_id', '=', get_ids())]".
