Error Bug Crawler for Launchpad from OpenObject/OpenERP

When errors are displayed in OpenERP/Object Object this enhancement would automatically crawl the bugs listed in Launchpad related to the error, and potentially the forum and display related results leading to potential code fixes. The goal if to be able to shorten the identification of unique bugs and shorten resolution - and assist with problem resolution. Versus say a manual approach . . .
