* "ClaveEquipo", now EquipmentKey, is used to track the equipment. It is a Sequencial ID.
* Payment Frequency should be added, and so the Fee Type (tipo tarifa)
* TonMes, Frequency and Capacity are used to compute the fee
* Delete the Description field or make a name_get() to generate a Description with the partner, brand and model of the equipment

* Changed the name label for "key", to put there the autogenerated ref number value. We still have to code the method to asign it
* Added the eq_ton_mes attribute to the policy.equipment model
* Added the Area, Sub Area and Division model relations
* Added the payment frequency and fee type to the policy.equipment model, those are relation models to configure
