Gross Margins Report on Sales and Quotes

Need to report gross margins on sales and quotes.

The existing extras-addons module, sale_margin, is unsuitable - it reports on cash margins, not %, with the result that your reported margins could be negative simply because you don't have any unprocessed sales in the pipeline! One wonders how the Europeans manage their businesses effectively.
