Summary TBD - dependent blueprints should be created for basic port to use atomspace, shared library creation (i.e. a stand-alone application should be able to use libmoses and libatomspace without requiring all of the OCF), and an implementation in a pluggable MindAgent, before this blueprint is considered complete.
