Refactor for libAtomSpace.so

Refactor src/AtomSpace to enable building and linking as a shared library. Build libAtomSpace.so and distribute as a stand-alone package in the ~opencog-dev PPA. The goal is to build goodwill and credibility in the FOSS community by offering a useful facility for non-OpenCog projects that wish to utilize a fast in-RAM hypergraph database.
