I would like an indication on a User page for those who are admins or librarians so that people know who to contact for help or reporting things. This would also help if one person has two accounts, an admin account and a member account (not likely but you never know).
Yes, I think we should list out the Librarians and Admins on the right hand side of the /Artists and /Participate page. We can just make widgets that do a search for who are the Librarians and the Admins.
Then, when people click on the header for Librarians they get a public view of the /librarians that shows the full listing of the names. There should only be a random selection of say 7-10 of the librarians or /admins, depending upon how it looks on the page. Als, there should be a public page /administrators that shows who are the administrators.
Of course, on /librarian, if you are a librarian you get the dashboard type activities.
Bassel, is this an ok route to take on creating these widgets and for URL structure?
In terms of Aiki, this is simply creating a widget with a query for the users of the site with the permission level of admin or librarian. Then applying these widgets to the aforementioned pages.
chovynz, how is this coming?
I'm not doing it. The stuff is beyond me and I am having another personal crisis. I'm pulling out of all ocal and aiki related activites. chovynz11.11.11
I've notice this blue print and I already add admin and librarian indication next to username on their profiles. @jcubic
