Implement Java-like encapsulation with private,protected,public keywords

ooc currently lacks cruelly true OO encapsulation. The Java model is IMHO acceptable, and it should be implemented in ooc.
Note: if some parts of the java encapsulation model are deemed unnecessary/overly complicated and practically never used or have simpler alternatives, it should be implemented in that simpler way in ooc.
