Sroll gesture with single touch

Hi

i think it's a good idea to create a scroll event
i mean change the value of scrollbar when user drag with single touch in a screen that have a scrollbar widget!

its just use full on touch screen like something that android implemented on smartphone

and the other suggestion for other part of utouch is create some feed back that is like water. when you touch the screen some wave represent on screen i think it's implemented in compiz and that plugin simulate raining on screen!
