1. Objective
1.1 This standard is intended to regulate the Information Systems Electronic Health Record , and to establish the mechanisms for Health Service Providers of the National Health record , share and consolidate information.
1.2 This standard is mandatory throughout the country for all establishments providing health care services that are part of the National Health System to adopt a Information System Electronic Health Record , as well as those individuals or moral within the country have indiscriminately to the rights of ownership, use , ownership , distribution and / or marketing of such systems , in both cases , in terms of this standard and the applicable legal provisions .
1.3 This Standard applies to the Information Systems Electronic Health Record is
used interchangeably in the Public , Private and Social National Health System .
