Enhancements requested by QA CoP

        Create whitelist selection dialog in GUI
        Add “Blocked” radio button
        Change Checkbox statuses to QA industry standards (Pass, Failed, Skipped, Blocked)
        add test tag in job parameters (to allow specific apport hooks to work on failures)
        add more flexibility (complexity) in requirements to allow:
            test execution only if the result of a previous test is below a threshold value
            add support to shell command result eval
        Store comments and results of scripts separately to allow manual test cases to also keep tracks of scripts measurements
        Create the skeleton of a "structure" to store hw devices information in the xml,json,subunit file
        Remove “OEM” from all dialogs
        Change Oem plugins to blacklist by default and add command line whitelist options
        Ability to import jenkins/LAVA cases to CB
        Auto collect system information during test failure
        Ability to change command parameters (useful for stress tests)
        Ability rerun cases out of order (Jump back to previous case to rerun)
        Merge plugin into checkbox code to simplify structure
        Storing multiple test runs per case (example, different test params)
