Software Measurements - last used - how often used

It could be useful to see how often a software was used and when it was last used on a computer.
In WIndows -> Control Center -> Software there is a "last used" entry with date.
OCS can show the "installation date" at the moment for some - not all - applications. Another column for "Last used" and "number of uses" would be helpful.
We have users which requiered a software for some hundred euros and then "never" used them.

- Computer where used
- Number of times launched (run)
- Most recent time launched
