Found an bug in Windows Agent 2.0.4 for Windows 7 32bit and 64bit OS i.e. in which ever windows 7 i run windows agent 2.0.4 i not get harddisk serial numbers correctly, but get all correct details on windows xp. please provide me an patch for it or please release agent 2.0.5 agent ASAP. thanks

This is a bug, not a blueprint. However, here is the solution proposed to solve this: if serial number length is greater than the max allowed size of 20, then assume serial is encoded in hexadecimal. So we have to decode string to store it.
