Run SNMP discovery on non default ports

The Unified Unix agent uses the SNMP standard port (UDP/161) for SNMP discovery. The goal is adding the possibility to configure one or more custom ports.

DRAFT OF A POSSIBLE SOLUTION
OCSReport: An additional configuration parameter should be added to the UI (maybe Configure-->SNMP tab?).
OCSServer: Should return to the agent a list of ports to use for the SNMP discovery
OCSUNIXAgent: For each IP should iterate over the list of ports provided by the server.
