extend soap search service

It would be nice to have the possibility to search not only for an ID. Also the NAME and the DEVICEID, maybe also the new planed field hardware.UUID.
The best would be to have also the availability to make extended searches through all tables like in the ocsreports web gui.

I want to use SOAP to build an alternative GUI, only to display the inventory results of an HARDWARE entry from ocs. So it would be nice to limit the results to the NAME of an HARDWARE entry.
