Rename a package

Hello,
Is it possible to add a little functionnality, like renaming a package? It could be very helpful for us, because
we are using OCS to deploy softwares, and it can help to set name from TEST-SoftwareName to PROD-SoftwareName.
Else, we must create a new package.
