ability to track changes between inventories

in server settings available option to send only changes to reduce DB load. it can be used to write history of changes in softwares, memory, CPU, HDD, controllers and even computer name. for software registered this blueprint (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ocsinventory-ocsreports/+spec/changed-software-reports). it can be a part of a changes tracking. this shud be disabled by default. i think it needs a own table in database with date of change (date of inventory when change observed) and info about what has changed.
