Select all softwares in dictionary

The goal is to make possible to display and select all the softwares in dictionary to put all of them in a category. This sould be usefull to put all the softwares in the UNCHANGED category for example.
This features was in OCS 1.01 but disapeared in 1.02.

-Create a SQL query to request all the softwares
-Display all the softwares in ocsreports interface
-Use a scrolling list in the "NEW" tab to choose display with alphabetical tabs or all softwares in the same page ?
