push and schedule a deployment to the OCS Agent

I understand the reasons why you choose passive deployment. But in some cases, it would be great if we could choose between an active or passive deployment for a package.
In case of an active deployment, we could choose to deploy "now" or schedule the deployment, by date/hour.
