Improve plugins system for all the main sections

The goal is to improve the actual plugins system to adapt it to the mains sections.
The first step could be to reuse the plugins system created for hardware informations. We could reuse this system to select the main sections (and so icons) we want in the main page: teledeploy or not, dictionnary or not, registry or not etc ....
By this way, you could customize the OCS interface as you want occording to your needs.
The final goal could be to select sections in functions of your user profile.
