Add a way to hide some applications linked to OS

Could you add the possibility to hide some applications linked to OS?
It need to be a list by OS that we can modify.
Maybe an extension of blacklist menu.

and offer the possibility to consult masked applications in the computer profil ?

For example:
Macosx report more 300 applications when there is only 100 applications... the 200 others are linked to OS.
Linux report 600 packages, when 400 are linked to core (could not work correctly whithout it).
Win reports all KB...
