Install.php should not overwrite config files

It looks as if install.php overwrites config files (ocsinventory-server.conf, ocsinventory-ocsreports.conf and dbconfig.inc.php). This is very bad behaviour. install.php should not overwrite the existing configuration. If new configuration options are available install.php should provide a .new version of the configuration file, but leave it to the admin to modify the actual config.
