How can we install ocsreports on a Windows based server which is not using XAMPP?

I wonder if it's possible to install OCSreports on a Windows based server already existing.
Because when I try to install ocsreports without the whole server set, I get the following message:
ERROR: MySql for PHP is not properly installed.
Try installing mysql for php package (Debian: php4-mysql)
So I can't indentify the dependencies that are needed in order to run properly the ocsreports software.
Is there any solution?
