Stop Icons expanding off screen

If you have too many buttons enabled, or your screen resolution is too small, then the buttons will run off the side of the screen.

This requires a method to calculate the total width of all the buttons in the HButtonBox element and check if it's larger than the current screen resolution, if so, remove as many buttons as required and create a new "row" from a HButtonBox.
