How to help
========

I you would like to help please provide following information:

1) Distribution, its version and architecture (32bit, 64bit)
Run "uname -m -p" in terminal to determine architecture.

2) Flash plugin version and architecture (32bit, 64bit)

Open page "about:plugins" in Firefox or "chrome://plugins/" in Chromium to determine version.
Note: Google Chrome is shipped with its own Flash plugin and its version is irrelevant to Nuvola Player.

Architecture:
* If you have 32bit system you have also 32bit Flash.
* If you have 64bit system and installed package "nspluginwrapper" you have 32bit Flash (installed via flashplugin-installer package), otherwise you have 64bit Flash (installed from package "adobe-flashplugin").

4) Where did you instaled Flash from?

3) Effect on Nuvola Player: Always crashes/sometimes crashes/never crashes. If Nuvola crashes, try to purge cookies and browser cache (remove directory ~/.cache/nuvolaplayer and file ~./config/nuvolaplayer/cookies.dat) and comment the result, e.g. "always crashed, never crashes after cleanup of cookies and cache"
