For providing NMap based OS network discovery in Nutty, provide a disclaimer and an activation feature for the user to use this function. There will be two options for activation:
(1) Activate feature only for the current session: The activation question will be displayed for the next use
(2) Activate feature permanently: The activation will be remembered and no activation question will be displayed for future use
