Changing the priority should be supported

Registered by Jean-Peer Lorenz

At least for manually triggered full backups there should exist a possibility to change to priority of the backup process. It would be nice to have the possibility to assign a particular priority (with "nice") and/or better a cpu % limit (with "cpulimit") to the backup task.

Whiteboard

As a user of NSsbackup I see two ways how this can be configurable in the gui. First one is using the same method as for example gnome-system-monitor – a slider with 'nice' values and text description. However, personally I would prefer this setting to be in a form of combo box with values like Very Low, Low, Medium, High. I think it can fit very well into the General tab just above or below the compression setting.
