Create a form with a toolbar with these functions:
- New file;
- Open file;
- Update file (download or upload):
* Via internet;
* Via file.
- About application;
After open a file or create a new file will opens a tab with an account list. There is possible create or edit account info or open transaction list.
In transaction list is possible insert, update or delete a transaction. There have a list of other accounts, a timeline with month and year and a form with transaction infor to insert or update.
