Open vSwitch Support for XenServer

Registered by Antony Messerli

Adds support for the Open vSwitch in XenServer. This allows for the transition away from the Linux Bridge which utilizes iptables/arptables/ebtables rule to the vSwitch which will allow for more granular networking protections, including networking protections for IPv6.

Status: slow progress, waiting on OVS support from Citrix

Tasks:

- Adapt vif_rules.py to support OVS. Do we split it out into individual files to allow Linux Bridge and OVS to be independent?
- Receive IPv6 capable OVS from Citrix and validate with IPv6 rules.

Q: Citrix isn't committed to do anything on this blueprint. What are you waiting for, Thierry? -- Ewan.
