Selection of volume type when creating an instance with creation of volume

OpenStack currently does not allow selecting the volume type when launching an instance with creation of volume. OpenStack does allow selection of volume type when creating a volume separately from launching an instance. The goal is to be able to select the volume type when launching an instance with creation of volume.
