Enable VmwareVCDriver with NFS source image datstore

Enable the VmWareVCDriver to be configured with NFS datastore, which is created from the glance image store as follows.

1. Enable the NFS on the glance image store
2. Create the NFS datastore in the clusters (say 'nfs_glance_datastore')
3. configure the nfs_glance_datastore in nova.conf [vmware] section
4. update the driver code to copy the image from nfs_glance_datastore to vmware_temp before moving to cache
