Snapshot VCenter VM into Template as a Glance Image

VMware vCenter has VM template, which is deployable image. Existing VM can be cloned to VM template. And new VMs can be created from the template. This blueprint proposes to let snapshot() of VCenter driver to generate a template from an instance, and create Glance image for this template. So that Nova can use that image to boot new instances later.
