OpenStack Compute (nova)

VMWare: use <dispaly-name>-<uuid> for the project's folder name in vCenter, instead of using only the <uuid>

Currently, in vCenter, it uses the projects's uuid directly as the project's folder name on datastore,
this blueprint changes it to use <dispaly-name>-<uuid> for the folder name.

This makes operations much easyer on large number of projects.
