Nova support for vmware cinder driver
This work is to enable the vmware cinder driver targeted for the Havana release. The Cinder BP has been accepted for havana. This code is in support of that and It involves enabling the following 4 use cases;
- get_volume_
- attach_volume,
- detach_volume,
- spawn (changes to an existing method to support booting a VM from the volume).
