VMware: Enable setting memory, disk and vnic limits (partial)
Currently the VMware driver enables setting CPU limits and shares. The Blueprint extends that to enable setting the following limits: and shares:

In Liberty we added memory and disk support. We still need to add vnic support and support for flavor updates.
