VMware: Boot from UEFI images
The VMware driver doesn't support booting from uefi images. This blueprint is about adding support for it.

VMware: add support for different firmwares
Agreed in the Dec 21 nova meeting to allow this trivial feature parity blueprint change for Queens even though we're long-past spec freeze (which is also generally the blueprint approval freeze).
