vm booted from volume can be recovered after ipsan's ip is changed

If the IPSAN'S business IP is changed,vm booted from volume can't be recovered after reboot or hard reboot. Because the vm's connetion info in block_device_mapping table is still the old IP, vm can't connect to the volume's old ip path. So we hope vm booted from volume can be recovered after re-start or hard reboot if the IPSAN's IP is changed.
