nova should provide api for getting disk usage of vm on compute node

VM booted from image will consume the disk capacity of compute node, the space consumed by VMs grows when VM runs a long time and at last it's not enough for the system of compute node. Admin user should know the disk usage of each VM to optimize the schedule and release space by migrating some VM who consumed too much disk space. Api for getting disk usage of VM on compute node would be helpful.
