Hi Monsyne, this blueprint was called to my attention and potentially has some overlap with another blueprint for Havana-2:

The CADF support from oslo was also synced into Nova in this review:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/54365/

The CADF format we are introducing (blueprint should be completed in the next 2 weeks) already has a versioning scheme which may prove useful. I would very much like to have a chance to speak with you once you begin looking into this topic to see if we can align our work.

This blueprint appears to be stalled and not actively worked on so I'm closing it out for now. --russellb
