Nova filter for Veritas HyperScale
This change proposes to add a storage specific Nova filter for Veritas HyperScale. This implementation will augment the existing filters in Nova and help filter computes based on their storage characteristics such as direct attached storage capacity, storage IOPS and latencies etc. This will result in better load balancing of VMs across the Veritas HyperScale storage backed compute clusters.

Spec for Veritas HyperScale Nova filter
I've abandoned this blueprint. The spec was abandoned after review and determining that there is nothing novel or new that's needed in Nova for using Veritas-enabled computes during scheduling. You can use the existing aggregates / extra specs / image metadata filters for this. -- mriedem 20170302
