OpenStack Compute (nova)

Nova should use openstack.common.jsonutils

Nova should use openstack.common.jsonutils in place of the code in nova/utils.py or the standard json module. Note that rpc/matchmaker.py and scheduler/scheduler_options.py uses json.load, therefore the json package needs to be imported in these modules.
