Implement trust support for nova

when user boot an instance from image, it may takes a long time(more than the token expire time) to download image from glance if the image size is too large, and token expires then the instance booting failed.
The best case to prevent from this situation is implement trust support in nova. It allows to request the new token if the previous token has been expired.
