Support host type specific block volume attachment

Registered by Stefan Amann

When Nova instructs Cinder to attach a Fibre-Channel volume it passes a connector to Cinder. The connector contains information, such as the compute nodes host port WWPNs. The Cinder driver uses this information to configure access for the compute node in the storage subsystem. This blueprint proposes to add the output of platform.machine() and sys.platform to the connector.
Some storage subsystems, such as DS8000 support different host types. This information can be used by the Cinder driver to determine the proper host type.

Code changes are available. Note, that similar Cinder changes have also been released. They are addressed by https://review.openstack.org/192558. The Cinder changes have been accepted by the community and are merged already. --stefan-amann, 29th June 2015
