Current Scenario :
When you take a snapshot of an instance, having a volume attached, only the snapshot of root file system is being taken.
Proposed Scenario :
When you take a snapshot of an instance, having a volume attached, the snapshot of root file system and attached volume has to be taken.
Use Case :
An instance has 4 volumes attached. With this new snapshot command user will be able to take snapshot of 4 volumes along with the instance.
