Snapshot residual data cleaning

Using a virtual machine to create a snapshot, and then use this snapshot to create other virtual machines.Will encounter residual data didn't clean the problem, this will lead to network card information is inaccurate, puppet certificate conflict etc.
Plan to adding virt-sysprep automatically in the opensatck system.

We are looking to nova/virt/libvirt/driver to increase a function by virt-sysprep to clean up the data. After creating snapshots, clean operation before delete temporary files.

To support the glance ceph storage, in nova/virt/libvirt/imagebackend.Rbd.direct_snapshot, a new parameter for data cleansing users a snapshot of the product
