show finish_time field in instance action show api response

As of now, the instance action object's finish_time field is not shown in show api response, which is required for finishing the action started for particular instance action.
Currently, if we call finish method for instance action, the field gets updated in database, but there is no way to get it and show to the user.
This blueprint implements the support for showing the finish_time field in instance action show api response.
