show all availibility_zone in a region and show availability_zone field in instance detail information
Today, these is no way to get all availibility_zones in a region.
And availibility_zone of an instance is not shown in instance detail information.
Bying adding this, users can see all availibility_zones in a region, and easly choice one to launch instance in.
