Shared address for dhcp on compute nodes in multi host network modes.

In multihost mode, the compute node needs an ip address on the guest network in order to dhcp. There is no reason that each compute node needs a different ip address, so it would be preferrable if each compute node could share an ip address for dhcp and that traffic would be isolated to the node itself.
